Our Guarantee

We stand behind every product we sell. If you purchase a course or bundle from Promptiify and feel it did not deliver the value we promised, you are entitled to a full refund within 30 days of purchase — no forms, no interrogation.

How to Request a Refund

Email us at shop@promptiify.com with your order number and a brief note. We process all refund requests within 3 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date
• This policy applies to all digital products sold by Promptiify
• Refunds are not available for accounts showing signs of abuse (e.g., purchasing and immediately requesting refunds repeatedly)
