DIGITAL PRODUCTS — NO REFUND POLICY

All products sold on AI Ebooks are digital downloads (eBooks and AI-generated content). Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a digital product has been delivered or made available for download.

Exceptions
We will issue a full refund only in the following cases:
- You were charged but never received access to the product due to a technical error on our end.
- The product delivered is materially different from what was described on the product page.

To request a refund under one of the above exceptions, contact us at shop@promptiify.com within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You downloaded or accessed the product and decided it was not suitable.
- You purchased by mistake.

Your Rights Under EU/EEA Law
If you are located in the EU or EEA, you have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days, unless you have expressly agreed to immediate digital delivery and acknowledged that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal. By completing your purchase on AI Ebooks, you confirm your consent to immediate digital delivery and acknowledge the waiver of your right of withdrawal.
