RIDEN Ride Protection — Terms

Effective: June 2026. RIDEN Ride Protection is an optional shipping-protection add-on operated by O'Brien John (trading as RIDEN), 23 Marshes Upper, Dundalk, LH A91 XN72, Ireland. Contact: support@getriden.com. This is a shipping-protection service, not a regulated insurance product.

What's covered

  • Lost in transit: orders confirmed by the courier as lost, or not delivered within 10 business days of the expected delivery date.
  • Stolen after delivery: parcels marked delivered but stolen, reported within 5 days of the delivery date.
  • Damaged on arrival: transit damage reported within 48 hours of delivery, with photos.

Coverage tiers

  • Essential — for orders up to £300.
  • Plus — for orders £300–£700.
  • Premium — for orders over £700.

Please select the tier that matches your order value so your order is fully covered.

How to make a claim

Email support@getriden.com with your order number, what happened, and any photos (for damage). We review claims promptly and resolve approved claims with a replacement or a refund of the order value, at our discretion.

What's not covered

  • Orders where Ride Protection was not purchased.
  • Incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • Claims reported outside the windows above.
  • Normal wear, misuse, or damage after successful delivery and use.
  • Buyer's-remorse returns (these are handled under our standard Refund & Returns Policy).

Important

Ride Protection is optional and opt-in. Your statutory consumer rights, and our standard Refund & Returns Policy and Shipping Policy, apply regardless of whether you purchase Ride Protection.
